There are several available widget areas:
- Posts sidebar – this will only display on category or single posts.
- Pages sidebar – this will display on all of your pages.
- 4 Footer areas – these will display on every page. The width of the footer widgets will scale depending on how many footer areas have widgets. For example, if you only place a widget in the first and second footer widget areas, then the widgets will each fill half of the footer. Or you can have them display 3 or 4 across.
- Home Widget Area – Adding a widget to this area will reduce the width of your home page slider and add the content to the right of your slider.
You can use any shortcodes in Basic Church’s widget areas.
